1. Click on "Edit" or "Options" (depends on your version)
2. Click on "Preferences"
3. Click on "Appearance" or find "Home Page Location" under "Browser Starts With...."
4. Type in the textbox:

5. Make sure the browser is set to start with your new homepage, then click "OK"
